Barnyard Rules

1. Everyone must be pre-registered and paid in order to attend. That does not mean, if we are having a class with an open seat and you just happen to be there during your daily pilgrimage, that we would turn you away.

2. First-come, first-in-line basis. Sign up early and often! Payments processed at time of registration.

3. Pull out those Black-berry thingys or Hall-Mark calendars to record dates and times. You don't want to miss these.

4. Attendance Fees are refundable only when you cancel at least 4 days prior to the scheduled date, or if TQCE cancels due to minimum enrollment, (3 attendees) not met.

5. We love to have as many in our herd as possible, so if you can't attend, let us know so someone on the waiting list may attend.

6. TQCE is the gathering spot for fun and classes are one of our services to our loyal herd, and we appreciate your support by purchasing supplies here. Supply lists are available at the store. If you sign up for a class over the phone or through the mail, please provide SASE (self-addressed, stamped envelop for return of supply list) with your payment. Supplies listed, unless place of purchase is noted, are available in the store.

7. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for setup as the show starts promptly on schedule.

8. Most classes require sewing machine in good working order. Be sure to bring electrical cord, foot control, all accessories and the owner's manual. Might want to have some pre-wound bobbins and do a test drive if it has been awhile since you've sewn or it is a borrowed machine. No sense tempting fate, Murphy's Law holds true at the worst times. You signed up for learnin' and fun, not frustration!

9. To respect the teacher and fellow classmates, please turn cell phones to vibrate if you must, otherwise turn it off. This is your time.
